Legal
Terms of Use
Effective date: May 31, 2026
1. About the service
Diplace (the “Platform”) is an international aggregator of opportunities for young people. We collect and publish links to internships, grants, contests, sports and cultural events from open sources and partners.
Diplace is an information intermediary: we are not the organizer of the published opportunities. Decisions on admission, participation terms, deadlines and pricing are made by the respective organizers on their own resources.
2. Who can use it
Browsing the catalog is open to everyone without registration. The Platform is intended for youth and school students of all grades.
Accounts are created via Google sign-in (for saved items and subscriptions). If you are under 18, create an account and use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your access secure.
3. Rules of use
By using the Platform, you agree to:
- not break the law or the rights of third parties;
- not attempt unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data;
- not use automated scraping that disrupts the Platform.
4. Third-party content and links
Opportunity cards link to third-party sites. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the relevance, completeness or availability of third-party information, and we are not responsible for the content and actions of third-party resources and organizers. Always verify terms on the organizer’s official site.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Diplace is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages related to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
6. Intellectual property
The name, design and original materials of the Platform belong to Diplace. Rights to third-party materials (organizers’ logos and descriptions) belong to their owners.
7. Changes and termination
We may change the service’s features and these Terms. You can delete your account at any time in “Account”. We may restrict access if the rules are violated.
8. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the country where the Platform’s Operator is registered. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and failing that, in accordance with the applicable law.
