Subscription offer

Diplace is run by a private individual, the author of the project. Contact: akm.work.acc@gmail.com, WhatsApp +77711494419. Referred to below as "we".

As of the effective date, no business registration has been completed. Once it is, the registration details will appear in this section and the document date will change. No other party stands behind Diplace.

A "Diplace Pro" subscription unlocks the paid features of the Platform:

• Mentor. A personal plan built from real catalog programs with their real deadlines, step-by-step guidance and rebuilding based on your answers. The plan can be rebuilt up to four times per calendar month.
• Application review. Up to 100 reviews of your application answers per calendar month, including repeat rounds on the same text. Without a subscription, 1 review per month is available.
• Priority on the teams board. Your note stands first among notes for the same program.

What the subscription does not do. It does not affect your position in the ranking, does not guarantee admission, enrolment, a grant or a win, and is not a service that prepares documents for you. A review is an opinion, not an admissions decision.

The subscription costs 1 490 KZT per calendar month. An annual option is available; its price is shown in the interface at the time of purchase.

The subscription lasts exactly the period paid for and ends by itself. There is no automatic charging and no auto-renewal: to continue, you pay again.

The price may change. A change does not affect a period already paid for.

Payment is made by transfer to details we send in reply to a message via WhatsApp or email. Online payment on the site is not yet available.

Access is enabled within one working day of the payment arriving. If that has not happened, write to akm.work.acc@gmail.com: we will enable the subscription and extend it by the number of days of the delay.

The contract is concluded when payment arrives. By accepting this offer you confirm that you have read it and the Terms of Use.

Diplace is built for school and university students, and we take that into account.

A minor must pay for a subscription with the knowledge and consent of a parent or other legal guardian. By paying, you confirm that such consent has been obtained.

If a minor paid without a parent's consent, the parent may request a refund by writing to akm.work.acc@gmail.com. We refund in full, without asking whether the subscription was used.

You may cancel at any time without giving a reason. Write to akm.work.acc@gmail.com from the address the account is registered to, or on WhatsApp from the number used for the payment conversation.

On cancellation we refund the payment for the unused part of the term, counted by days. The used part runs up to and including the day we receive your request.

A full refund is made if: access was not enabled through our fault; paid features did not work for more than three consecutive days through our fault; a minor paid without a parent's consent (section 5).

We process refund requests within 10 working days of receipt. Refunds go back by the same method the payment came in, unless agreed otherwise.

AI usage already spent during the elapsed term is not deducted and is not converted into money.

Review and plan-rebuild limits are counted within a calendar month and do not carry over: anything unused expires.

We may temporarily restrict AI-based features where necessary to protect the Platform from excessive load or abuse. Any such restriction is shown in the interface.

We are responsible for the paid features being available and working as described in section 2.

We are not responsible for decisions made by program organizers, for the content of third-party sites, for programs being changed or cancelled by their organizers, or for the outcome of your application. Program information is collected from open sources and may be inaccurate or out of date.

Our liability is in any case limited to the amount you actually paid for the subscription in the last month.

Before going to court, send us a written claim at akm.work.acc@gmail.com. We reply to a claim within 30 calendar days of receipt.

We genuinely try to settle any dispute by correspondence and by refunding money. We have no interest in litigating against a school student and will not do so.

The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies, being the country where the author of the project is located.

We may change this offer. A new version is published on this page with a new effective date and applies to subscriptions paid for after that date.

A term already paid for is governed by the version in force on the day of payment.
