A minimum of personal data
The school sees a name like «Aigerim K.», points and three numbers: how many programmes the student saved, applied to and confirmed. It never sees the email, the correspondence or the application texts, and a student who left the ranking is invisible to the school too.
Price
180 000 ₸ per school year
One payment for the whole school, with no cap on the number of students. There is no free period: access is switched on after payment.
You write to us and we agree on a talk with the students, or skip it.
We sign a contract and issue an invoice to the school.
We hand over the link and QR code and switch access on within one working day.
Does this cost students money?
No. The catalog, search, portfolio and leaderboard are free for everyone, always. Only the personal Pro subscription is paid, and it is not needed to use the catalog.
Will we see student data?
The school dashboard shows a short name («Aigerim K.»), the student's points and three numbers: how many programs they saved, applied to and got verified. The school never sees emails, messages or application texts, and a student who left the ranking is not shown to the school either.
What if the students do not use it?
Tell us before the end of the first term and we will refund half the payment. We want the school to actually use this, not just to take the money.
Is there a trial period?
No. We deliberately do without one: instead of a trial we come and run a talk with the students, so you see the response before paying.
Access is granted to the head teacher's email after our visit. Sign in with the same Google account.
