Diplace prize
500 000 tenge every three months
To one Pro subscriber. For now, for those living in Kazakhstan.
Who takes part
Pro subscribers living in Kazakhstan: school students, university students and graduates. There is no separate application: with an active subscription and Kazakhstan in your profile, you are in. For now the prize is Kazakhstan-only; later we open it to the whole world.
Subscription
Only Pro subscribers take part, and the subscription must be active on results day. Pro cannot be bought yet: we are connecting card payment. The country comes from your profile.
How it is counted
By points for the period: achievements verified since the last results are counted. Only a verified achievement earns points: a diploma, a certificate, an acceptance letter. The level of the program and whether it is international both matter. In the ranking this is the "Prize race" tab, with the all-time score next to it.
The period we count
These are the first results, and they count every achievement verified before January 31, 2027: there were no results before, so there is nothing to cut off. After that the count starts over every three months, while earlier points stay in your portfolio and in the all-time ranking.
When
Every three months, on the last day of the month. The next results are on January 31, 2027, and the ones after that three months later. We announce the winner on the home page and write to the email used at sign-in. We transfer the money within 30 days after the winner sends their bank details.
The check before payout
Every achievement of the winner is reviewed by hand, all of them, BEFORE the announcement: the name we call out is already checked. If a proof turns out to be forged, the prize goes to the next person and the profile is closed for good.
What we publish about the winner
The name as it is shown on the site, and the school if the winner does not mind. We do not publish the full name, the email, the grade or the city. If the winner asks not to be named at all, we announce the result without a name.
Top school
A school score is counted separately: the sum of its students' points. The winning school gets the title and a place on the home page. Its students compete for the main prize on the same terms as everyone: with a Pro subscription and Kazakhstan in the profile.
If you left the ranking
Then you do not take part: only those visible in the ranking are counted. You can come back any time in portfolio settings.
Who pays and tax
The prize is paid by the Diplace seller, the individual entrepreneur listed on the Details and contacts page. The winner is decided only by points for confirmed achievements, with no random draw. If the law requires tax on the prize, we withhold and pay it ourselves, and the winner receives the amount minus that tax.
If points are tied
The winner is the one whose last achievement counted in the period was confirmed earlier.
If the winner is under 18
We transfer the money to the winner's account or to a parent's (legal guardian's) account with the parent's written consent. The payout needs an IIN and bank details.
If the winner does not reply
If the winner does not reply or send bank details within 30 days of our email, the prize goes to the next person by points.
Who cannot take part
The owner of Diplace, their relatives and those who review achievement proofs.
Changes to the rules
The rules of a period do not change once it has started: changes apply from the next period.
