Lumiere Scholars Essay Award: Essay Contest for High School Students
An international essay contest for high school students from any country; entry is free, and essays are written in English with a limit of 2,000 words. Entrants choose one of five prompts: politics, cancer research, international treaties, media influence or environmental governance. Submissions are open from 14 September to 20 December 2026, results are announced at an online ceremony on 10 January 2027, and winners receive cash prizes and scholarships to Lumiere programs.
