International History Olympiad (IHO) 2027: Online Qualifying Exam, Final in Berlin in July

For school students attending school in any country (Varsity, Junior Varsity, Middle School, Intermediate and Elementary divisions; students born on or before 31 August 2018 can compete). The organizer, International Academic Competitions (IAC), offers qualification through an online exam (60 questions on world history, 30 minutes, a $30 fee, a parent or teacher must proctor; registration for the Olympiad closes in June 2027) or through History Bee and Bowl tournaments. The final takes place in Berlin on 17-24 July 2027; the cost of attending the 2027 final is not yet published on the page (it was $1,900-2,200 in 2025).

International Science Bee 2026/27 (IAC Asia): Free Online Qualifying Exam and Online Regional Finals

For school students from Asia and Oceania (Varsity, Junior Varsity, Middle School and Elementary divisions; individual participation). The organizer, International Academic Competitions (IAC), first requires a free online exam, the Online Regional Qualifying Exam (50 multiple-choice questions, open from September to May, with a parent or teacher registering as a sponsor), followed by regional finals held online, for example on 17 January 2027 (registration until 7 January) and 11 April 2027 (until 31 March), with a fee of $55 per player. The top students advance to the Asian Championships, for which a $150 fee is listed for 2027.
