Halyk Start: paid internship at Halyk Bank in Almaty for IT students from year 3 and graduates
For students from the 3rd year and graduates of any IT specialty who live in Almaty or are ready to move there. Halyk Start is Halyk Bank's internship programme with individual training, mentoring and coaching and work on real business projects in backend, frontend and mobile development, data science, UX/UI design, testing, support, analytics, information security and other IT areas. Selection consists of an assessment centre (business game), an interview with a team lead and a start with mentors; participants receive an official salary, a performance bonus, 26 paid days of leave and voluntary health insurance.
