"Chemistry: Science and Art" Olympiad-Contest 2027 (SPbSIT): School Research Papers, until 16 February
For school students in grades 5-11 and college students from any region of Russia and from countries near and far abroad (younger pupils take part outside the competition). The Saint Petersburg State Institute of Technology holds the 17th International Olympiad-Contest of Research Papers named after V.Ya. Kurbatov: in the remote round, by 16 February 2027 a questionnaire, an abstract and conference theses are sent by e-mail (research, a literature review or an essay in nominations such as chemistry and art, chemistry and life, ecology and others), and the expert review is completed by 10 March. The in-person round takes place on 24-25 March 2027 in Saint Petersburg: paper presentations (possibly by videoconference) and a chemistry olympiad for grades 8-11 and college students; winners receive diplomas, all participants receive certificates, and the theses are published in a collection.
