Samarkand Marathon 2026: marathon, half, 10 and 5 km at the Registan, November 7-8
Open to runners of different ages: the programme includes children's runs of 60, 300, 600 and 1,000 m, 2 and 5 km distances and adult starts at 10, 21.1 and 42.2 km. The international sports festival takes place on November 7-8, 2026 in Samarkand, on Registan Square, for the eighth time: 5 km, 2 km, Nordic walking and children's runs on Saturday, and the 10 km, half marathon and marathon on Sunday. Registration is open on the event website; fees range from 150,000 UZS (children's runs) to 350,000 UZS (marathon), and the inclusive 5 km and 60 m runs are free.
