Inktober: the "31 days, 31 drawings" challenge open to everyone
Open to anyone; the page names no age or country limits. Participants pick up a pen and make one drawing a day for 31 days in the Inktober Classic format, and a second format, Inktober52, is also available. Rules and the prompt list are published on the site. Artist Jake Parker created the challenge in 2009 to improve his inking skills and build a drawing habit. The page does not state a price.
