Canadian Open Mathematics Challenge 2026: Open Math Contest for School Students
The Canadian Mathematical Society runs an open mathematics contest for school students from any country, with a written paper of 2.5 hours. Outside North and South America the contest takes place on 30 October 2026; a school or organization registers students through a teacher portal by 21 October 2026, and for schools outside Canada and the USA the exam arrives as a PDF at 35 US dollars per exam with a minimum order of 5. Official participants must be under 19 and attend school in person or virtually, and top performers can receive awards, university scholarship consideration and invitations to math camps.
