Terms for organizers
Effective date: 28 October 2026
1. What this document is
Diplace (the «Platform») is an international catalog of opportunities for young people. The Platform is run by sole proprietor ИП Каирова Фарида Жакыпкановна («we»). These Terms set out how an organization (the «Organizer») uses the free dashboard and lists its programs. By accepting them in the dashboard, you confirm that you may act on behalf of the organization.
We are an information intermediary. We do not run programs, do not select participants, do not take payment for participation and are not a party to the relationship between the Organizer and participants.
Paid services (the «Report and verification» and «Partner» levels and promotion) are provided under a separate agreement and invoice. These Terms apply to them as well unless the agreement says otherwise.
2. The dashboard
We issue the dashboard free of charge and at our discretion, after checking the organization. We may refuse it without giving reasons.
Access is tied to the email addresses the Organizer has named. The Organizer is responsible for everything done through its dashboard, does not share access with outsiders and tells us at once if access is lost or has reached the wrong people.
3. What the Organizer warrants
- The organization exists and has the right to run the program.
- The program is real. The description, dates, requirements, cost and links are accurate and up to date. If anything changes, the Organizer updates the card or removes it.
- The program and all materials comply with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and of the country where the program takes place, including the laws on advertising, consumer protection, children's rights and personal data.
- The Organizer holds the rights to the texts, names, logos and images it posts, and publishing them does not infringe anyone's rights.
- No hidden payments are charged for participation. If participation is paid, the card says so plainly.
- The program is safe for participants and takes into account that some of them are minors aged 14 and over. They are not asked for information or actions beyond what participation requires.
4. What is not allowed
- Posing as another organization or listing made-up programs.
- Taking money under the guise of a scholarship, grant, prize or «guaranteed» admission; pyramid schemes and multi-level marketing.
- Olympiads and competitions that falsely claim government status or support.
- Material prohibited by law, adult material, calls for violence or discrimination.
- Links to malicious or phishing sites.
- Using the Platform to collect people's contacts for mailings or to pass them to third parties.
5. Participants' data
A participant applies on the Organizer's site through the link in the card. The Organizer processes the information a participant gives it as an independent controller of personal data and is solely responsible for collecting, storing and protecting it lawfully. Diplace does not receive this information.
The dashboard report shows the Organizer only overall figures, with no names or contacts.
6. Liability
The Organizer is solely and fully responsible to participants, their parents and third parties for its program: its content, delivery, selection, payments and prizes, the safety of data and the consequences of taking part.
The Organizer compensates us for losses and expenses arising from a breach of these Terms or from claims about its program and materials, including fines, amounts paid on third-party claims and reasonable legal costs.
We are not responsible for the Organizer's actions and do not promise any number of views, visits, applications or participants. The Platform is provided «as is»: we try to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Unless the law requires otherwise, our liability to the Organizer is limited to the amount it paid us for paid services over the last twelve months.
7. Our rights
- To check the Organizer and its programs and ask for supporting documents. This is our right, not an obligation.
- To edit the layout of a card: shorten it, translate it and bring it to the catalog format without changing its meaning.
- Not to publish or to remove a card, and to suspend or close the dashboard without notice, if there are signs of a breach, complaints from participants or the law requires it.
- To report signs of fraud and other violations to the competent authorities.
- To keep a log of actions in the dashboard.
8. The Organizer's materials
The Organizer grants us, free of charge, a non-exclusive right to use the name, descriptions, logo and images of its programs on the Platform, including in translations, previews and search results, for the period of listing and in the archive afterwards.
We may call the organization a Diplace partner and show its logo on social media and in promotional materials only with separate consent, which the Organizer gives and withdraws in the dashboard.
9. The report and link tags
The report shows overall figures: how many people opened the card, went to the Organizer's site, saved the program, marked «applied» and confirmed acceptance. The figures may be inaccurate: not everyone marks their result, and some browsers block counters.
We add the tag utm_source=diplace to links to the Organizer's site so that visits from the Platform show up in its analytics. If the tag gets in the way of the site, write to us and we will remove it.
10. Paid services
Levels and promotion are connected under an agreement and invoice. Promoted cards are marked as advertising in the catalog. The «verified organizer» checkmark is not for sale: a person adds it after a check.
If a promotion was not launched through our fault, the payment is refunded or carried over to the next period, as the Organizer chooses.
11. Term, changes and withdrawal
These Terms apply from acceptance and for as long as the Organizer has a dashboard. We publish a new version on this page with a new date; to keep using the dashboard, the Organizer accepts it at sign-in.
The Organizer may give up the dashboard at any time and ask us to remove its programs. We may end access on the grounds in section 7.
12. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are first settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, in the court at the location of sole proprietor ИП Каирова Фарида Жакыпкановна.
