AIESEC: membership in a youth organization with local teams in 100+ countries

For young people who want to develop leadership skills through practical experience (no age range is given on the page): AIESEC is a youth-run non-governmental not-for-profit organization founded in 1948, with local teams in more than 100 countries and territories. Joining takes three steps: create an account and fill in a profile, go through the local team's selection process (each team recruits at specific times of the year), and after being accepted take an induction. Members work in areas such as customer experience, marketing, sales and business development, finance and human resources; AIESEC also offers applications for volunteering and internships abroad.
