The Africa Business Innovation Lab (ABIL) is creating new opportunities for entrepreneurs, start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises, companies, research institutions, and innovators using satellite technology and Earth Observation data to develop solutions with real-world economic and social impact. Established in Kenya under the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme, ABIL is designed to help transform Earth Observation capabilities into commercially viable products, services, and businesses capable of addressing challenges in Kenya, across Africa, and potentially international markets.
