UNEP Internship: Nature workstream of the Finance Initiative UNEP FI, Geneva or remote

For final-year undergraduate or master's students in environmental studies, finance, business administration and related fields, and for graduates up to one year after graduation; excellent research, communication and writing skills in English are required, and knowledge of another UN language is desirable. The intern works in the UN Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI), the partnership between the UN and over 500 banks, insurers and investors that shapes the international sustainable finance agenda, on its Nature workstream. The internship is remote or in Geneva and lasts 6 months. The internship is not paid by the UN: travel, visa, accommodation and living costs are borne by the intern or the sponsoring institution; applications are accepted until 16 October 2026 on the UN careers portal (careers.un.org).
