OHCHR Internship: Innovation and Analytics Hub on human rights, Geneva (remote)

For final-year bachelor's students, master's and PhD students, and graduates of those programmes; a field of study related to the internship and fluent English are required, and knowledge of another official UN language is an advantage. Interns work in the Innovation and Analytics Hub of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, the UN's first dedicated centre for innovation and analytics in human rights, on at least one workstream: strategic coordination and planning, digital transformation and AI, data and analytics, or human rights risk analysis and early warning. The format is remote work for the Geneva hub, for 3-6 months with a flexible start date. The internship is not paid by the UN: travel, visa, accommodation and living costs are borne by the intern or the sponsoring institution; applications are accepted until 31 December 2026 on the UN careers portal (careers.un.org).
