Diplace is not the organizer. Check the terms on the organizer's site and do not pay for participation unless the official page requires it.
Open to everyone, including newcomers: the game must be made in one week on a theme announced when the jam starts. Teams are allowed and encouraged, the organizers recommend no more than three people, but there is no hard limit. The online jam runs on itch.io from 14 February (11:00 UTC) to 21 February 2027, and after it ends the games are rated by other participants. The jam is held twice a year, and the rest of its details will be published a month before the start.
