For undergraduate students of US colleges and universities only: one team of 3-4 students per institution, registered by a faculty advisor. This is a competition by the EU Delegation to the USA: teams research a given topic on transatlantic relations, present their proposals to a jury for 10 minutes, and answer questions for 10 minutes. The preliminary round is held online; 15 teams advance to the semi-finals in Washington D.C. with travel and accommodation covered, and the winning team receives a four-day trip to Brussels. Registration for the 2027 competition is open, with no announced deadline.
