CFJ Fellowship 2027: Paid Year of Work for Young Women Lawyers in Africa

For women lawyers from Africa with less than 5 years of post-qualification experience in Kenya, Malawi, South Africa, or The Gambia, and with the right to work in that country only: relocation costs and work permits are not covered. The Clooney Foundation for Justice offers paid full-time work from January to December 2027 at a human rights organization, university law clinic, or public interest law institution that protects women and children from violence. Salary in local currency is paid by the host organization, and there is also mentorship, monthly online training, and at least one in-person fellow meeting. Applications are accepted until October 20, 2026; submission is free.
