A state programme for registered unemployed college and university graduates aged up to 35 who finished their studies no more than 5 years ago. Participants work in their field with an employer for up to 12 months and receive a salary of at least 30 monthly calculation indices (MRP) per month. The referral is issued by the career centre at the place of residence, and vacancies can also be chosen on the Enbek.kz portal. The programme runs on an ongoing basis.
