The Shiraka Training Programme 2027 offers public officials from the Middle East and North Africa region the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge and practical skills in local governance, public service delivery, and citizen participation. The training combines an online format with an in-person week in The Hague, Netherlands. Selected participants receive a scholarship covering tuition and other expenses.
