Morgan Stanley Spring Insight 2027 in Frankfurt: 8-11 March for students graduating in 2028

For students who will graduate in 2028 - in the second year of a three-year degree or the third year of a four-year degree - with an interest in investment banking and financial markets; fluent English and German are required. The ISG and MSIM Spring Insight programme takes place in person in Frankfurt from 8 to 11 March 2027 with firmwide culture sessions, divisional overviews and networking, and on the final day participants choose a preferred division and can enter a fast-track process for an internship in that division in the Frankfurt office. Applications with a CV and cover letter are accepted until 18 October 2026 on the Morgan Stanley website and reviewed after that date; the programme offers a fast track to the Frankfurt office only.
