UN Operations and Crisis Centre Internship: information analysis and data visualisation

For final-year bachelor's students, master's and PhD students, and graduates of those programmes; a field of study related to the internship and fluent English are required, and knowledge of another official UN language is an advantage. Interns support the UN Operations and Crisis Centre (UNOCC) in its Research and Liaison Unit or Prevention Team, which deliver cross-pillar analysis, research and data-driven services for senior UN inter-agency leadership. The internship is in New York (in person preferred), remote or hybrid and lasts three to six months. The internship is not paid by the UN: travel, visa, accommodation and living costs are borne by the intern or the sponsoring institution; applications are accepted until 7 May 2027 on the UN careers portal (careers.un.org).
