The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at the University of Rwanda offers talented youth the opportunity to pursue higher education with comprehensive financial and academic support. The program focuses on young women, refugees and displaced individuals, youth with disabilities, and students from other disadvantaged backgrounds.
