UN Online Volunteer: digital outreach for the Africa Volunteer Conference 2026

For volunteers from any country with fluent English; no experience is required, but an active presence on at least one social media platform, a reliable internet connection and the ability to meet deadlines are needed. The Ministry of Youth and Gender Affairs of Botswana is recruiting 500 UN Online Volunteers for a digital outreach campaign before, during and after the Africa Volunteer Conference 2026: volunteers share approved materials on social media, adapt messages for local audiences and respond to the public. The assignment lasts 12 weeks at 16-20 hours per week, and applications are accepted until 16 October 2026 on the UN Volunteers platform.
