A global community of volunteers who subtitle TED Talks and translate them across languages. It currently counts 53,182 translators, 115 languages and 238,660 translations. Applications go through the "Apply now" link on the program page, and there are guidelines, subtitling tips and mentoring. The page states no age, country or language limits and names no price.
