Open to everyone, individually or in teams: a free GitHub account, a public repository and any programming language or engine are needed. The jam runs online in November: games are accepted from 1 November to 1 December 2026, and the theme is announced on 1 November. The game is published on itch.io, and participants then vote for each other until 1 January 2027 in the categories overall, gameplay, graphics, audio, innovation and theme interpretation. Organized by GitHub.
